Regular Shipping

Orders will be shipped via FEDEX or UPS GROUND or USPS Parcel Service or US MAIL, unless Express shipping is needed.

Express Delivery

Available upon request please call to see if product is in stock! Upgrading to Second Day Air does not change how long it takes us to ship products. It only reduces the travel time after leaving our warehouse. For example: an out of stock part might take two or more days to leave our warehouse, but then would be guaranteed (by Shipper) to arrive in two business days. Express Delivery Orders Must Be Placed Over The Phone and Not Through Our Website.


Truck Freight Shipments

Items too heavy or too large for standard ground shipments will be shipped by truck. Please call us for a freight quote. The usual shipping charge for freight service runs between $65 and $85 dollars. Include your daytime phone number on the order form so the carrier can schedule merchandise delivery to be made when you will have unloading help on hand. Always better if you can arrange drop off at a commercial location. (Truck freight companies do not require their drivers to unload shipments. An additional lift gate charge may apply if the driver unloads the merchandise.) 

Back Orders

Most parts are in stock or available in 1-2 business days. Some parts, special order parts, may take longer.

Special Orders

Special Order parts that are not in Stock can take approximately 1 - 2 weeks to get in. Because it is a Special Order, your credit card will be charged at the time of the order.

Shipping or Website Errors

Should the customer receive product not expressly ordered either by our shipping error or incorrect website information, the product will be picked up by our shipper and replacements shipped at no additional charge 


Return Policies

These are's Standard Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from You have 30 days from the date you placed your order to return a product. We have listed the necessary steps to do so below.

  • All products returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please call our Customer Service Department to obtain a RMA number.
  • Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost if received by us:
  • Any product not purchased from
  • Any product that has been installed or used.
  • Any product that is returned without all of the original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product.
  • Any product that exhibits physical damage.

Please Note: Any product returned to EncoreEquipmentParts must be new, unused, complete, and marked with a valid RMA number. Anything else will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you.

No Restocking Fees

We will not charge a restocking fee for products returned. Please note — you are responsible for return shipping and handling costs. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Engine Short Blocks, Transmissions and Gear Boxes are sold as final sale (not returnable). Please allow a customer service representative to assist you in this kind of purchase in order to guarantee that you are receiving the correct product.


Large Components are sold as final sale (not returnable). Please allow a customer service representative to assist you in this kind of purchase in order to guarantee that you are receiving the correct product.


Electrical Parts, Includeing Clutches, Switches, Solenoids, Safety Modules & Wire Harnes are sold as final sale (not returnable). Please allow a customer service representative to assist you in this kind of purchase in order to guarantee that you are receiving the correct product.


According to U.S. law, refund credits can only be returned back to the card of original purchase. In the event that a card can no longer be charged back (lost card etc.) an attempt on our part has to be made at least once and then a company check will be sent to the purchaser. The company check process can delay the time taken to receive the refund up to 45 days.


Manufactures Warranties

All products sold by have a manufacturer warranty against defect. Damage caused by improper installation, abuse or accident are not manufacturer defects. Please be aware that warranties from defect are provided strictly through the manufacturer.  If your part is eligible for a warranty claim, our customer service staff will get information from you to process your claim and will provide instructions for you as well as a Warranty Authorized Return number to be able to return the defective part. If you believe you have a defective product please contact customer service so we can assist you.

Tax & FAQ


No Sales Tax (except in OH & PA)

You will not pay taxes on any order, outside of Ohio or Pennsylvania. Our main facility is located in Ohio, so if you are shipping to this state, you will be required to pay sales tax. We have a warehouse in PA, If you are located in PA you will have to pay sales tax. If you are located in any of the other lower 46 states, you will not pay any sales tax.  On June 21, 2018, the United States Supreme Court fundamentally changed the rules for collection of sales tax by Internet-based retailers.  Therefore, sales tax collect may change. For residents of Oklahoma, South Dakota, and Vermont

  • As a noncollecting retailer we are not required and do not collect OK, SD, and VT sales tax.
  • Your purchase is subject to state use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation.
  • The purchase is not exempt merely because the purchase is made over the Internet, by catalogue, or by other remote means.
  • The state requires each purchaser to report any purchase that was not taxed and to pay on the purchase. The tax may be reported and paid on your state's use tax form.

How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please Call our Customer Service Department. Unless the order is a special order item or the product has already shipped, your order will be cancelled without penalty. If your order is for a special order item, we will have to verify with the manufacturer that the order can be cancelled. If your order has already shipped, you will have to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) by contacting customer service. You will be responsible for returning the shipment. There will be no reimbursement for shipping & handling charges.

Does sell my name and address to other companies?

We do not sell any information to other companies. All information is for only.
